Who We Are

We are Catholic youth ministry dedicated to forming and empowering young people to serve Jesus Christ through prayer, community service, and active participation in Church life. It is open to youth typically aged 13 to 18 years, depending on the parish, and encourages them to grow spiritually while joyfully giving their time and talents to the service of others.

Our Mission

Youth Serving Christ (YSC) exists to form young people into faithful and joyful servants of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to nurture a deep love for God in the hearts of youth through prayer, service, and active participation in the life of the Church. We empower young Catholics to grow spiritually, live out the Gospel, and serve others with humility, compassion, and love.

We envision a generation of youth who are strong in faith, dedicated to service, and united in Christ. Through YSC, young people become leaders in the Church and society — rooted in prayer, guided by the Holy Spirit, and committed to making a positive impact in their communities as true disciples of Jesus.

Our Vision

Event

Youth Empowerment Workshop

A half-day event with guest speakers, leadership activities, and group discussions focused on living faith in school, family, and society.

Walk for Christ

A short pilgrimage or prayer walk through the community while praying the Rosary and making stops to reflect on Scripture and service themes.

Faith and Fun Night

An evening of praise and worship, youth-led sharing, games, and snacks. Designed to strengthen fellowship and spiritual growth in a relaxed, joyful setting.

Serve with Joy Day

A one-day outreach where members volunteer at a local orphanage, home for the elderly, or parish clean-up. Ends with a reflection session and prayer circle.
